SWEET FOLK.
poem written in London.
imagery captured in London.
circa 2025
solid linked chainmail drapes over in a sensory enclosure of extraordinary quality, polished with inheritance and dotted by compounding denial, animated through patterned pieces of primal fear, although many a sweet folk mistake this perfected endurance for fine because the animation often shares a nice weather forecast for the week ahead.

GOOD?!
poem written in Barnard Park.
imagery captured in England.
circa 2026
Walking the footpath I pass a woman and her puppy,
it’s cloudy when I hear her ask a fellow dog walker,
“How are you?“
compulsion swarms the air,
she quickly follows with an acceptable follow-up; “Good?!”
leading the witness.
a subtle smoke signal tricks the fellow
who instantly replies, “Good!?”
